During such an event, the inactive period will not be deducted from the length of time that you have signed up for. It will be paused until you resume the Apptusinsta service.

6. User behaviour such as liking, following or commenting on your images or gallery cannot be predicted and therefore cannot be controlled. Apptusinsta brings the attention of real Instagram users to your account and so the actual number of likes, comments or followers you get solely depends on the quality of images in your gallery and can not be guaranteed to you in any way.

7. No refund claims will be entertained if your profile had been active and there have been no technical glitches that prevented proper usage of the application.

8. We cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free functionality of the services offered by Apptusinsta.

9. Apptusinsta brings the attention of real users to your feed, however we cannot protect you from spam, fake or inactive followers. With our service, it is not possible to prevent them, but you can remove unwanted followers by yourself.

10. Please note that we are not responsible for any of your actions and their consequences when you use Apptusinsta. We are not responsible if your Instagram account is locked, blocked or banned. You use Apptusinsta at your own risk.

11. Please note that you are free and solely responsible to create and use your own hashtags and location targets. However, that can slow down the functioning speed of the app.

12. We strongly recommend that you explore the Apptusinsta application during the free 3-day trial before making any purchases.

13. You agree that upon purchasing our service that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal or any other payment method that you have chosen.
